Since 2006, our studios and workshops have helped students turn their interest in design into skills and confidence.
We’re looking for local partners in Palakkad and Thrissur who want to build a business around good education. Bring your understanding of your city, your business judgement and your commitment to students. We’ll bring our academic framework, operating experience and a team to work alongside you.

Students learn to turn an empty space into a considered design, working with materials, drawings, software and practical studio projects.
From sketch to garment, students explore illustration, textiles, pattern making and styling as they learn to create their own collections.
Students bring stories to life through digital tools and moving images, building practical skills and a portfolio through project work.
Each centre’s course mix, facilities and certification arrangements will be agreed as part of the centre plan.
We help you understand the business, set up your school and train your team, with continuing guidance as you operate and grow.
We walk you through courses, admissions and daily operations, explain setup costs and working capital, then agree a practical plan for your centre in Palakkad or Thrissur.
We help assess your location and plan classrooms, studios, infrastructure and branding, then guide you through the checklist for opening.
We help you recruit faculty, counsellors and coordinators, train them in our practices and clarify how the team will work together.
Your faculty receive curriculum, calendars and teaching resources, with assessment guidance, quality reviews and access to workshops and professional connections.
We support your local outreach with campaign materials and guide your team in counselling students, answering questions and following up enquiries.
You have processes for fees, admissions and schedules, a team to help resolve challenges, and regular reviews to plan batches and growth.
The scope of support and each partner’s responsibilities are set out in the franchise agreement.

The amount depends on the premises, programme mix, facilities and agreed partnership model. We’ll discuss the franchise fee, setup costs, ongoing fees and working capital together so you can assess the full commitment.
A design qualification is not a prerequisite for starting a conversation. Your ability to lead a team, build local relationships and run an education business responsibly matters. Relevant experience is helpful, and the team will assess your background with you.
Cindrebay provides the academic and operating framework, setup guidance, training and agreed ongoing support. The local partner takes responsibility for the centre’s investment, team and day-to-day execution, as defined in the agreement.
Yes. Choose Palakkad, Thrissur or both cities in the enquiry form. We’ll discuss your connection to each city, the proposed arrangement and the scope of your involvement. Enquiring for both does not commit you to operating in both locations.
Yes. Share its location, size, layout and basic details. The team can review how well it suits teaching studios, student access and the proposed programme mix before any commitment is made.
